Windows hard to grasp? Maybe programming for Windows, but I don't think there is anything in any version of windows that can't be figured out once you understand how Microsoft software works. Without a doubt there should be no problem that cannot be worked around provided one has time, resources, and internet access.
I did save this article for one reason though, it has a simple over view of how to set up DNS in Windows Server 2003.
